Unless otherwise stated, we offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the majority of the items sold on our website. The client’s responsibility will determine the cost of return shipment. If you return the item to us within 30 days of the request being shipped, you might be eligible for a credit.

How to Return an Item You Ordered?
We want to make it easy for you to exchange anything; you have 30 days after receiving your order to do so. How can a major product be returned?
Your satisfaction with your purchase from us is important to us. Please inspect your big appliance before accepting delivery. You can decline delivery if there is a problem. You have 30 days from the time of delivery (or when you personally bring the main item home) to get in touch with us if there are any flaws, damages, or other problems. Method and timing of refunds:
With a few exceptions, we will pay you back for returned goods using the same payment method. You can exchange it for the identical item if you'd prefer. Within 2-3 business days of receiving your return by mail, we will process it. Returns info:
- Items must be brought back in brand-new condition. Items that are soiled, dented, scraped, or in poor condition may not be returned.
- Please send back items with all packaging and accessories. If you don’t, we might reject the return or approve it but remove a nonrefundable amount from your refund to make up for what is missing.
- If you bought many goods at a discount or got something for free, you will lose that benefit if you don’t return all of them.
- No items that are Final Sale can be returned. Custom orders, personalised orders, digital material, prepaid cards (including gift cards from third parties), gift wrapping, memberships, finished services, and opened consumables like batteries, cleaning supplies, lubricants, gasoline, ink, and 3D printer filament are also nonreturnable purchases.
Return shipping fees

The cost of return postage will be removed from your refund if you use our Online Returns Centre to return an item and the cause for return is not due to Shine IT Systems error.

When you select the prepaid return label option for your return, an estimated return postage cost will be shown in the Online Returns Centre.

We will also reimburse return shipping expenses if the return is the result of an error on the part of Shine IT Systems.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please return it to a Shine IT Systems store during your return and exchange time period if you receive a product that was damaged in transportation, is defective, or is not what you ordered. We’ll make arrangements for a replacement. All fair and usual ground shipping costs will be covered by us.
Returns without the original receipt:
State sales tax and taxes will not be reimbursed for returns that lack a receipt for the original purchase, and reimbursements may be limited or rejected.
